A financially struggling company that changes Senior Management every 2 years - Just a Bad place to Work

Its a job if you need one. Must be a "YES" Man to survive

Cons

Senior Management blatantly lied to my face and to my team members, Unpaid Fur-lows, Lay-offs and pay cuts for all. New CTO is outsourcing to China, spending money that the company doesn't have. Some of the staff has not had a raise in over 4 years no matter how hard you work. IT Management expects you to work 50+ hours a week and to never disagree with them. Once you disagree with management its career ending. This buy far was the most miss managed company I have ever worked for in 20 years. Absolutely Terrible Working conditions.

flexible schedule, great peers to work with.

Cons

crappy pay with worse benefits - no reasonable expectation of work required or completed - general management philosophy of "how do we screw employees this week" - run by spreadsheet, not by actual performance - workload increases result in layoffs - company wide paycuts, but VPs still hired at an incredible rate.

The money, and the fact that they will run themselves into the ground soon enough!

The good ole boy attitude and lack of knowledgeable managers. The total disrespect of management towards workers. The only place I ever worked where you were not based on your knowledge and ability.....................................
