Pros

-Small startup where you know everyone's name -Great work-life balance -Remote environment -Healthcare, 401k, stock options

Cons

-Working remote brings its own challenges that any remote company regardless of size has to deal with. While the freedom is good, sometimes remote work can feel isolating. Veruna does its best to combat this but it will always be a challenge in a remote environment

Unlimited PTO, Salaried, off early every other Friday.

Cons

I can't name them all, but one very important is they promote people just so they stay. It's the craziest thing I ever saw lol
