Pros

- Some really good coworkers - Fair salary - Some good updates on the product here and there

Cons

- No proper training - Below average benefits - High turnovers. Employees tend to be suddenly unemployed without any warnings or explanations. It may not be performance related either. - Production numbers provided by management are not real. - They offer unlimited vacation but barely you can get approved to take any.
