Pros

Verve Group is focused on creating a people centric culture now and in the future. Verve has a build and buy approach, so through organic hires and acquisitions alike they are focused on ensuring an environment that is focused on the person first. Personally, I love that I can expense back a massage every month and have the resources and budget for learning and development. I love our start up feel, with the safety net of a strong balance sheet.

Cons

We are a fast moving company and change is apart of our everyday. This can be exciting for some and stressful for others so it's important to be transparent about our hyper growth environment.
