      * Excellent technical challenges * Ability to learn new things constantly, from data science techniques to big data processing to writing production pipelines * Smart but humble colleagues * Lots of freedom to explore ideas * Access to truly big data * Patient, friendly and respectful coworkers

      Cons

      The company is going through a transition period as multiple companies merge. This means that sometimes priorities can change quickly and projects can be deprioritized. However, upper management is aware of this and is working to unify priorities across the teams.

      Great data challenges unseen in other areas.

      Cons

      You must do it like one of the lead wants, if you do it differently he will first say that you don't know anything and after he will mansplaining everything you were trying to say with different words. Toxic enviroment, truly chaotic and without direction. Everything is for yesterday, you work hard and they change priority. They ask to be honest but they will backstab you in the meeting that you are not invited. It is a VC company so enter there for money, because they are acquiring companies and the ones inside are the ones responsible for merging all the systems.
