-working hours flexibility -nice perks -great atmosphere -international culture

-communication/transparency within the new group structure. It's difficult to keep track of everything when so much is happening.

- great products, brightest minds in the industry aboard, great work atmosphere, - respected work-life balance (even pre-pandemic), - feels like being much supported by the company (perks, advisory support, HR, etc.), - great international team with different professional backgrounds, - over the years the company grown a lot, product, platform, team wise, - management has a clear growth vision and executing it finely,

Cons

- not a con, there are many different projects ongoing at the same, but it has you to keep great learning curve across different industry topics,
