      Pros

      Fast growing company with a lot of growth and learning opportunities. People are super friendly and are true proffessionals: it's a very nice enviroment to be in and it definitely makes you more even motivated and success-oriented.

      Cons

      With all the growth and development it might be hard to catch up, but your teammates and other teams, as well as your manager are there to help.

      Poor leadership, reductions in labor (huge lay offs), over promising to orgs like Yellow Pages, Cox, and others. Chasing the dream of being bought out by Facebook, mining and selling personal data, and very poor vision by TK
