Pros

Amazing team, flat hierarchy, great atmosphere, no unnecessary politics, and great work-life balance to name a few.

Cons

Still a bit hectic following several M&As but nothing out of the ordinary and being tackled in a very sensible way.

New ownership, same issues

Pros

Remote work, okay PTO benefits

Cons

Work / Life balance is horrible because of time zone differences. Typical to be bombarded before you've even started your workday or in the middle of the night. Benefits are mediocre at best. Elitism is a problem and software engineers are catered to instead of focusing on the product roadmap.

Pros

- Great people - Very nice and international environment - Lots of opportunities to grow and develop yourself as a professional - New ideas/feedback are well appreciated

Cons

- Sometimes communication between newly acquired companies could be challenging, therefore probably would be a good idea to hire a consultant who could help the companies to smoothen the transition/merging process, write Communication guides and make sure that everyone is onboarded on the preselected communication tools.
