      Pros

      Good place to thicken your skin, and pay is average

      Cons

      I was in the company for a year. Leadership is always finding something to criticize and micromanaging everything one does. Some managers are really bad at their jobs. There's probably more to add but to summarize, I would stay away from this company.

      Pros

      Verve has a start up mentality that a good idea can come from anyplace. Tech advancement is on-going. The employee's work hard to improve the systems in place.

      Cons

      Verve has an identity issue in the US, this is something they've been working on for years however nothing seems to get resolved there. The POD management structure of the teams lead to more challenges than solutions as everyone is more concerned with their own pod success as opposed to the overall business success.

      the rooftop... that doesn't have umbrellas or shade

      Cons

      The whole company. Inept management on the advertiser's side. Victim blaming, understaffing, expectations to work from 9 to 9 due to their inability to hire and retain employees (employees are treated like scums of the earth), immoral president of VFA, managers who demoralize instead of uplift, need I go on?
