      Great colleagues can't save poor leadership and instability

      Absolutely one of the worst companies I've ever worked at. It's not even close. Poor leadership, random layoffs, disconnect between clients and internal leadership. The list goes on

      Pros

      Co-workers were good as was pay and benefits, but upper management is awful. They make rash decisions and have no long term vision. They try to cover the lack or growth by buying new companies to confuse the investment community.

      Cons

      I was there less than two years and there were 3 layoffs that came without any warning. Also constant reorganizations that no one ever explained. One of the top people on the US is despised and good employees are leaving so they don’t have to deal with him. It’s not a she because there are no females in any leadership position at the company.

      Decent pay and reasonable office hours.

      Cons

      The boss showed no respect for employees and had a grim attitude toward any feedback. The office culture felt unkind, and the workspace was filthy with no care for basic cleanliness. Morale suffered because of dismissive treatment, making it hard to focus. It was draining to work in such an uncaring environment.

Our NY office is cleaned nightly and during the day their is dedicated office management that coordinates meals for employees three times a week. We have a kitchen with a fully stocked fridge including many drink and snack options.
