Verveba is a company that has alot of people working for them that are here from India on expired work visas. They ask you to work overtime and then they do not want to pay you for the overtime. I trained a person at Verveba that is here on an expired H1-B visa to work in Management when that job should have went to the experienced person that did the training.

Upper management can be helpful as long as they benefit from it.

Cons

Verveba promises the client that their project would be completed thrice as faster than their competition as they make their employees work in three different shifts around the clock (sometimes 7 days a week). So you can forget about a 9-6 job if you’re ever planning to get on board. It is also important to mention that the back-office (offshore location) is terribly incompetent.
