Pros

Nice rental car that's about it.

Cons

Salary is low so they can avoid overtime pay, no work life balance, no paid overtime granted you are to report 8 hours a day on your timesheet. Lack of respect for any field techs. Working 15 hour days to the point of exhaustion. Lack of safety. Management makes alot of promises and doesn't care for your well being.

Cons

Management is sloppy and in total disarray! Hard time communicating with project manager(s) about job at hand and no clear instructions/guidelines given.

I have to put 20 words here otherwise there is nothing that i can call pros.

Cons

Arrogant management. they wont reply your phone calls. if you find something wrong with your paystub you will have to live with that. you will not get reply from them. They will make you beg for everything that satisfies their ego.
