Pros

The company truly fosters an environment of continued learning, providing opportunities to grow and expand your skill set. The fully remote setup allows for great flexibility and work-life balance. Over they pay well and have decent benefits.

Cons

Communication across certain teams and departments can sometimes feel disjointed, which can create occasional challenges. However, the company is continuously evolving, and there’s a strong focus on improvement.
