      Work from home after pandemic

      Cons

      Expected to work overtime with no compensation on salary, long work hours, micromanagement, unregulated abuse from coworkers, terrible culture, HR harassment, high benefit cost, low wages, using cost of living raises to retaliate against employees by denying them. These are top of the iceberg! The culture here is HORRIBLE if you are not prepared to kiss butts and suck up and take abuse in certain departments!

      There are no pros to working here anymore.

      Cons

      They are now owned by Avery Dennison and associates are being forced out of their jobs. Management micromanage everything, bully associates and are just downright horrible to their associates. Alot of discrimination and favoritism from Management and if you say anything you are retaliated against. This is happening to several associates at this time. I recently was forced out as well.
