      Pros

      I actually love the people that I work with on a day to day basis that are not in management. We all have a really good working relationship.

      Cons

      Upper management not very knowledgeable about what happens on a day to day basis. They often over promise and under deliver to the customers due to this. Morale of employees should be a lot better.

      I like the benefits available to employees and I believe they are inexpensive compared to other companies.

      Working in Printing, the smell of solvent is hard to get used to.
