Long hours, 24/7 call, low pay, punitive and basically abusive. Coworkers are wonderful and deserve so much better.

Pros

Fantastic and smart peers. Good office environment and location. Excellent health benefits. Somewhat flexible work hours. Can work from home one day a week in some cases. Decent PTO.

Cons

Upper management horrible. Answer to everything is "just get it done no matter what." Pay too low for such high stress & responsibility. Cut staff, but keep work load and deadlines.
