Pros

The culture is incredible. This is a team who wants to succeed and wants to see you succeed. Small, personable team, this includes everyone from the person next to you to the CEO. They make you feel cared about as an employee

Cons

I have none to speak of.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Work remotely. Co-workers are great and knowledgeable.

Cons

New upper management has changed the culture. They don't know what employees do on a day to day basis, and they think we are disposable. They don't appreciate employees, and that creates a toxic environment where you feel like you can't make mistakes.

Pros

I actually love the people that I work with on a day to day basis that are not in management. We all have a really good working relationship.

Cons

Upper management not very knowledgeable about what happens on a day to day basis. They often over promise and under deliver to the customers due to this. Morale of employees should be a lot better.
