Pros

- Extremely friendly and helpful colleagues. - Stock options (although this may be a con because the company doesn't look like it will ever sell) - Product has potential.

Cons

- Not a meritocracy. Sometimes projects you are working on get killed and then you get no credit. - Some managers care more about what time you come in instead of how much you work. - Engineers are being asked to sacrifice a lot of private time (weekends) to help out the atrocious night ops team. - Compensation is no longer competitive. Stock options are offered but no reward on those in sight. - Every year the promise to seriously look into 401k matching. Never happened.

The people that used to work there were a hardworking and dedicated.

Cons

The most toxic C Suite in the industry. The majority of the talent has either been laid off or left. Platform is cumbersome and outdated.

We appreciate your constructive feedback. Your feedback regarding leadership is a bit of a surprise but something we will look into. Conducting a workforce reduction is never an easy task. Yet some changes were essential to meet business needs. With that we continue our efforts to develop and maintain our many talented employees. On a technology front we continue to invest in new methods and approaches.
