-friendly work environment -a lot to learn on technology and the financial industry -interesting product -flexible hours (can work from home occasionally) -talented people

Cons

-lots of work not enough bandwidth -average salary -no room to growth -message from management not always clear -projects not well organized; always working extra to complete on time

Many great people to work with. Great product with lots to learn.

Cons

- Where you start is where you will be. No promotions for long term employees. Particularly dissatisfying when company hires higher titled outsiders who have little-no technical knowledge into an engineering position only because the person was a friend of some of the higher-ups. Spend couple years, acquire good experience and knowledge and move on to a company with actual promotions. - Below average salaries. - Company lacks profit despite age because revenue is used to fuel owners other companies - this makes the stock options mostly useless.
