Thanks for providing us with your feedback. In response to your concerns regarding the management approach we have instituted a Manager forum and training program to address similar issues. We are fortunate to report that this is a limited issue, yet we will focus on this going forward.

Thank you for your feedback, especially expressing the positive views of our employee culture. With regard to your concern about pay, we conduct annual compensation surveys and address such concerns in line with the market. Also, we are happy to report that we have successfully onboarded a new leader in the products organization who brings new perspectives to both the products organization and senior management team. Fortunately, our turnover has significantly declined in the last year and we continue to focus our efforts on retaining key talent.
