In this very competitive market we have continued to benchmark our compensation practices and provide adjustments and promotions to meet market demands. With that, we are making great strides in developing new products and creating a Labs environment to further mature our VestmarkOne platform.

Thanks for recognizing our positive culture as we have again been nominated a Best Place to Work in 2023. We have found that our monthly company meeting has maintained a high-level of transparency. In doing so we are focusing more on our company vision. Although we stand by our traditional benefits offerings, we have found that most employees appreciate their insurance premiums are covered at 90% which is above industry standard. However, we are always open to additional ideas on what enhancements could be made in the future.
