Thank you for your feedback. Although we appreciate your concerns, this has not been our experience with the group in Jersey City. This group has a low attrition rate based on positive feedback about the team. However, we have taken these concerns back to the management team as their goals are to maintain a positive environment based on our culture. We at Vestmark are proud to promote and support a collaborative and healthy work environment based on our four core values. We have an open door policy and would always encourage employees to raise any concerns to either their manager or HR. Although we have exit interviews for all departing employees, we still welcome any specific feedback if sent to hr@vestmark.com

Thanks for the recognition of our strong work environment at Vestmark. However, management is always encouraged to listen to any feedback including internal employee surveys that we conduct regularly. Therefore, we will add your comments to the general feedback that we provide to management.
