Pros

The company is growing like crazy - doubled size in two years to 230. Has been profitable for several years. SAAS model is quite compelling. People are awesome. Environment is constructive. Company offers stock options.

Cons

A negative take on the positive. Stock option grants are not big enough to get you hungry. Depending on how you valuate the options, it can be equivalent to a modest bonus.
