The people that used to work there were a hardworking and dedicated.

Cons

The most toxic C Suite in the industry. The majority of the talent has either been laid off or left. Platform is cumbersome and outdated.

We appreciate your constructive feedback. Your feedback regarding leadership is a bit of a surprise but something we will look into. Conducting a workforce reduction is never an easy task. Yet some changes were essential to meet business needs. With that we continue our efforts to develop and maintain our many talented employees. On a technology front we continue to invest in new methods and approaches.

Too many hours and a lack of appreciation for hard work, Certain members of senior management lack decency and empathy.

Thanks for your input. However, sorry that your experience was not up to your level of satisfaction. We appreciate that customer engineering work is at the client level and requires additional effort and we will continue to try and find ways to recognize that in the future. We do offer regular surveys for managers to listen to employee feedback. This is another form of feedback that we pay close attention to.
