Thank you for your candid feedback. We are a close-knit group, and that remains an important part of our culture, which we are continuing to repair and strengthen. We continue to offer a flexible work arrangement allowing for both Hybrid and Fully Remote work based on a trusting relationship with your manager. RIFs happen for very specific reasons, and while we didn’t want to lose anyone, we needed to make some difficult decisions in the best interest of the company and in response to a challenging market. Those decisions were carefully considered, and those impacted were all treated fairly with dignity and respect. While new products follow a traditional SaaS model built on Cloud Native Development principles, our core product does not. We must carefully balance the needs of the organization and our current clients against the rapid development and deployment of new SaaS products. We are fortunately not losing customers and we continue to invest a significant amount of expertise across the company to support our core clients. Our latest efforts and fixes are already bringing greater stability to our clients. The introduction of operating plans, teams and their respective assignments are more stable than ever. Although there have been subtle team reassignments for recent projects, this does not represent the norm. There is always room for improvement, and we constantly strive for that.
