They offer competitive salaries, equity in the company, plenty of coffee, soda, and snacks, monthly company meetings where management shares any and all information. Vestmark is constantly looking for feedback from employees and they try to implement the feedback assuming it makes sense. Plenty of celebration - Yearly kick off meetings, summer outings with the family, celebrations to support the local sports teams, sometimes there is no reasonfor the celebration, just because we can. Solid business, growing fast, profitable, great revenue model, management deeply understands the FinServ space. The work is interesting and the people great - if you're smart, you'll do well and have opportunities to advance. The business is growing at startup speed: head count has gone from 70-250 in three years. None of the drama of some startups - Vestmark is building a stable business, not a high-flyer. No crystal ball here, but I expect the same after IPO: a company with strong growth and no gut-wrenching excursions in the stock price.
