Pros

Healthcare and 401k benefits are adequate

Cons

Money hungry. Could care less about company culture. "Hands off" until all hands in and not helpful with interpersonal issues that didnt exist prior to being forced to handle things "corporately"

Pros

Decent benefits, perks, team rewards. Seems like corporate invests in overall perks for employees

Cons

Highly dependent on individual practice for culture and growth opportunities. Still feels like corporate pushes for a bottom line - profit over patient care
