      Fully remote company with excellent work-life balance and great company culture. Leadership is supportive and genuinely cares about your success. Highly recommended!

      No real downsides. You have to work hard but you are rewarded for it!

      Pros

      Amazing opportunities for growth; excellent managers and leadership. Very collaborative and supportive environment. Lots of flexibility when it comes to crafting your own role/responsibilities. I've worked in a number of different environments throughout my career, and I cannot believe the culture that Vetcove has come to foster! It is incredible!

      Cons

      When I applied, I was nervous that the company was fully-remote (I like the in-office environment). But, upon joining, I discovered that the company does two retreats a year (sometimes international!) which brings everyone together. Thanks to the retreats, I don't find myself missing the in-office environment like I thought I would.

      - Meaningful work creating industry leading solutions to Veterinarian software needs. - The team here is incredibly helpful and talented. - Great compensation, team events, and communication from leadership.

      Cons

      As typical with smaller engineering teams, being an engineer here requires a very high level of ownership no matter your level. While not a prerequisite to joining, be prepared to learn a lot about the veterinarian world!
