The company's leadership does a phenomenal job facilitating a transparent and authentic culture - even from the early interview stages, I was amazed at the candor they showed. Management is consistently checking in to ensure team members have the support and opportunities to grow within the company. Everyone here is talented, diligent, willing to help each other (and SO fun!) because we want to succeed as a team. There are frequent social events outside of work because we genuinely enjoy each other and want to hang out. The mission and dedication to our customers is unparalleled in my experience and seeing that play out day to day is what makes working here so impactful. No two days are the same and you get to see the tangible effect we are having in the industry!

Management is very attentive, accountable, and kind. This includes everyone from immediate managers or leads all the way up to the CEO and CTO who keep everyone very involved in what's going on and in decision making for the company. Our feedback is not only actually taken into account (which is sometimes rare!), but it's actually proactively sought out so that the company can continually make the best decisions for everyone (which is even rarer!) The product itself is very dynamic and has evolved so much just in the time I've worked here. The amount Vetcove has grown over the past couple of years is astounding, but they've managed to keep a very hands-on feel. The culture on our team can't be beaten. It's crazy to feel so connected and that you "matter" so much on a team that's fully remote! We all do our best to connect and "hang out" as much as we can. It's truly a great environment to be in.
