Pros

- Supportive culture from all sides (onsite staff, corporate) - Growth opportunities and benefits (very much appreciate the CE allowance and tuition reimbursement so I can continue to learn!) - Work/life balance (I've worked in clinics with very minimal time off, so three weeks PTO and a week of sick time plus training time off is nice) - Good health benefits and pet benefits

Cons

- Changes pop up occasionally, sometimes have to try out new things to figure out what works best

Pros

The pros are that they still have some great people working for them IN the hospitals. Hopefully they can find a better job soon.

Cons

No support, only the blame game. Absolutely no care for patient care only profit. The entire executive team have zero knowledge of veterinary medicine for the exception of one, who is not on the side of the staff. Toxic culture and they lead with fear.
