      Pros

      Believed in the "start-up" nature of the company. Quickly became 'corporate' and against their culture - oh wait,...THERE IS NO CULTURE.

      Cons

      Wildly disorganized and trying to emulate better companies. No structure to support this and the company is lead by a bunch of fearful bullies who are afraid of being found out for not knowing what they are doing.
