      Cycle through upper managment, grew really quickly, very little concern for employees at the clinic level, high prices.

      Cons

      No respect for the veterinarians and their support staff. There is no effort to get input from the people on the ground level - the people who actually understand veterinary medicine. Lack of communication from management about changes in staffing and operations.
