      The drs are great and care about the animals and clients. Dr. Yam is amazing with the biggest heart there is.

      Needs better practice managers who do their jobs and not make others do it.

      Pros

      There are some good people working in the clinics.

      Cons

      Corporate is a dumpster fire. The only way the CEO knows how to fix the bottom line, so he can look good at the meetings, is to fire people. They have fired so many people so they can look good to a board that doesn’t care about vets or animals that the entire company lives in fear of getting fired. They have no clue what the people they fired do, so their job just doesn’t get done.

      Very flexible work arrangements, great people leader, great people to work with & overall pretty fun job.

      Lots of manual work but more opportunity for progress.
