      Benefits, schooling offered, CE offered.

      Cycle through upper managment, grew really quickly, very little concern for employees at the clinic level, high prices.

      Pros

      The pros are that they still have some great people working for them IN the hospitals. Hopefully they can find a better job soon.

      Cons

      No support, only the blame game. Absolutely no care for patient care only profit. The entire executive team have zero knowledge of veterinary medicine for the exception of one, who is not on the side of the staff. Toxic culture and they lead with fear.
