      Highly motivated team of people dedicated to serving pets and building a great business.

      Going through some growing pains with recent leadership changes, but now seeing the benefits of the changes and excited about the prospects for the future

      Pros

      As always in any organization, some decent people doing their best in all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      An absolute train wreck. No vision, no direction, no clear reason to exist. A cobbled together mess of hospitals with nothing in common except corporate ownership. A staff and leadership turnover nightmare of a group. A new logo isn't going to help this group in the least.

      Working team members to death, getting burned out. No structure.
