Pros

There are no pro's. Uniforms (only provided with A shirt) shabby and stained. Employees provided equipment . Patrol vehicle (smart car) windows broke rarely ran.

Cons

If you want to work for no pay or very late pay checks, then this is the place for you. Think I will go back to McDonalds.

Pros

I've been employed by Vets Securing America for 4 years : - Flexible Shifts - Great Management (Never had a problem with supervisor or any upper level management I have had contact with) - Constant work is available - Free Uniforms ( unlike a previous company I worked for I didn't have to pay for my uniform) - Good pay (made more at this company starting out than previous companies I have worked for) - Very understanding when I've had some family emergencies

Cons

No real complaint, I was paid on time, never ran into any problems with my supervisor or upper management. I feel this is a good company to work for specially after being employed by other companies.

I am happy to see these positive comments from people who take the time out and stop to post positive comments, usually you only see the people who are somehow disgruntled then they post negative information.

Pros

I was able to secure a working shift that allows me to take care of my family, VSA hand delivers your pay check to you on post every 2 weeks, management is very open with communications, I love getting overtime, I have never had any payroll issues with this company, one time I forgot to sign in as soon as I realized my pay check was missing 8 hours I called the payroll department they quickly got back to me after I sent them a completed time sheet and a statement that I worked on that day, I received the 8 hours in my next check.

Cons

VSA is very serious about security Officer professionalism they provide all uniforms at no cost to us officers most companies I have worked for charge its employees for uniforms which I always thought was ridiculous, before you start you already owe your employer money in most cases this costs over 300.00, however don't get caught not wearing your uniform meet and professional, this company takes this area very serious I have seen many officers get warned then fired for violating this policy, I think its a good policy as we always want the public to look at us a professionals, I like the fact that my fellow officers look and perform the duties professionally.

This is what VSA is all about working with people who love to protect and serve our clients. It's nice to see comments like this although I do also hear them directly from our men and women in uniform when I vist work sites in the field.
