Working closely with animals, and helping customers to understand the range of treatments being recommended or given to their companion animals

Cons

Often patronising and some colleagues didn’t care too much. Some customers were angry and didn’t appreciate its not the fault of the little people who aren’t in charge

Contact with HQ is shakey, staff unhelpful and forgetful in many ways - inconsistent with sending of aid or supervisors - not the best when it comes to responsiveness to calls about emergency reports
