Pros
The company is going through some solid growth and targeting some strategic initiatives which makes it an exciting time. The culture is great, most people are motivated, there are "no jerks allowed", and there's always a dog to around to destress. Leadership cares about all of the employees and are constantly making improvements from adding to benefits packages and employee discounts to adding packaged foods market to the lunch room. Cons
Resource constrained most of the time (con), but doubtful that will ever really diminish due to the start up mentality the company likes to keep (not really a con if you like that type of environment). You should never be bored.
