Pros

Fun & diverse culture. Managers really try hard to bring everyone into the loop and keep everyone updated on whats going on & upcoming projects. Plenty of opportunity to advance your career and work in several positions within the company if you prove that you work hard and show some loyalty. Can bring your dog to work with you so there's always a pup to de-stress with, even if you don't bring your own!

Cons

Rapidly growing employee count makes it hard for people to get to know others outside of your department & immediate area.
