Moving and Shaking

Pros

The company is going through some solid growth and targeting some strategic initiatives which makes it an exciting time. The culture is great, most people are motivated, there are "no jerks allowed", and there's always a dog to around to destress. Leadership cares about all of the employees and are constantly making improvements from adding to benefits packages and employee discounts to adding packaged foods market to the lunch room. Yearly and quarterly goals along with cascading communications keep everyone informed so you know what is going on and where you are headed. Work/life balance is a huge +

Cons

Resource constrained most of the time (con), but doubtful that will ever really diminish due to the start up mentality the company likes to keep (not really a con if you like that type of environment). You should never be bored.

Pros

Great company culture, fantastic leadership, love bringing my dog to work ( he really likes it too, because he has separation anxiety)and really appreciate how much they value their employees. Plus, it's a 15 min commute to work.

Cons

VBoss on occasion and ePost has been running really slow lately.

Pros

Growing quickly, listen to employees, genuine fun atmosphere, definitely going big, allows dogs and benefits are pretty good. I've been here for a few years and have been in a few different departments. Overall the company is great as a whole and offers significant room for advancement if you prove yourself

Cons

Location isn't great. There is a lack of solidarity among leadership that cascades down to the lower levels. Sometimes feels like all the departments are vying against one another to get what they need and it makes relationship building between departments a little difficult for employees. Overall though those are most likely growing pains and as they get bigger and more experienced, I think that will get better.
