Pros

Flexible schedules. Free coffee (but not that good) and bring your dog to work.

Cons

Management has been known to hire anyone off the street. A lot of discrimination and drama. CEO claims to have a "No Jerks" policy, but that's exactly who they hire - "Jerks"! HR and management choose to look the other way when you bring up concerns. Low wages. They do not consider your past experience. Everyone gets paid the same to start off with, whether your Entry-Level or have very experienced.

Pros

Company lives its corporate values Benefits have improved substantially over the last year and continue to do so New building (for some staff, not all) Strong growth, year over year IT/software providing substantial improvements to internal groups over the past year And, yes, you can bring your dog to work...

Cons

Pay could be more competitive Long commute if you live on the west side of Portland

Pros

Dog friendly (review process in place), “Business” casual

Cons

Below market pay “Work hard, have fun” - red flag Limited growth opportunities “Us vs Them” mind set among multiple teams “Embrace change” - strategies are set in stone due to “always being done this way” Continually understaffed operations and development teams Job description does not match reality HR has changed job titles during and after interviews
