Pros

Accrued PTO which was nice, Rarely I was faced with issues on PTO.

Cons

Pay could be better, cross department communication could be improved.

Pros

Flexible schedules, good people, remote work, additional PTO days (like volunteer time off and floating holidays), inclusive, growth opportunities

Cons

Pay could be better - no more than a 4% increase annually and inflation is never taken into account. There have been two rounds of layoffs in the past 3 years. Leadership roles should have more opportunities for bonuses/additional compensation.

Pay was decent. Schedule was good. Benefits were great

Cons

Unorganized as a whole. Seems like they aren't very cohesive.
