Salary is ok but benefits are good and don't cost a lot ouf of pocket. Very generous PTO package.

Pros

People will listen to you if you have an idea for improvements. Managers/supervisors are supportive and treat you with respect. The company will pay for you to get your certified pharmacy technician certifcate.

Cons

work is monotonous. There is room for advancement but it's very competetive. Since they helped me get certified, it would only make sense that they continue training me after that so I stay with the company. But they keep telling me I don't have enough experience.
