Pros
The people at Via are the best of the best, but that's also why their interview process is so rigorous. I am continually surrounded by the brightest and most humble people who encourage me to grow and be the best that I can be. Via is such an innovative player in the transportation industry and it's so exciting to be involved behind the scenes of bringing their mission to life. I would recommend Via as an employer to anyone looking for a job.
Cons
Via is still in a start-up mode. That often means that process and documentation isn't created. I like to look at this as an opportunity to be an integral role in developing those processes and documents. Anyone looking for a ton of structure and direction would not thrive in Via's environment.
