more focus needs to be put into the "grunts" of the company..

Pros

Good benefits, 401k, paid time off. Industry leader. Relaxed work atmosphere (in some departments).

Cons

Too many upper level managers. Not enough competitive raises. Not enough focus on the non-management employees that do all of the work.
