The company is in business to make bucks off the prison-industrial complex, likely to be a growth opportunity.

Cons

Purchased Touchpay, servicing inmate families throughout the nation with costly commissary servicing; all emails and customer support stopped flowing upon that purchase. For months none of the customer requests for help via website emailer have been passed forward to TPOnline staff. A Department of Justice complaint was required to force TPOnline staffer to respond. The subsidiary website does not feature a customer service telephone number; only the non-serviced email.

Little education required to be considered. Friendly coworkers. Casual environment.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement. Gainesville office got little consideration or input being apart from HQ in Mobile. Several years without company wide raises. Below average pay. Heavy workload.

Pros

I love the flexibility I have due to having a very ill spouse. The scheduling has allowed me to be off one day during the week and the ability to make up time if I have to be out. My work environment is great I am treated like family in a state facility. When they are off I am off. Great experience!

Cons

I consider myself very dependable and responsible to handle 1,800+ records alone, so more compensation would be a plus.
