Pros

- Very good 401k match. They guarantee 3% match and typically match another 3% in profitable years. - Reasonably flexible work schedule. - Relatively good health insurance.

Cons

- Value profit above all else. Charging customers more fees than banks. - Only upper management qualify for bonuses. No profit sharing. - No raises since before GTL purchased our company. 2+ years w/o even a cost of living. - No path for advancement. - No pride in company or cohesion. They have a very poor reputation in the market place.

Pros

The people make this place okay at best

Cons

This company is based off lies and scamming customers. Charging for free services that do not work majority of the time and refusing to issue refunds. The HR team sends mixed communications and has way too much power.. if the CEO agrees to something but HR does not, it's not going to happen.. Run as fast as possible away from this establishment.
