Pros

Getting to work with such an amazing group of clientele is what gets me up and out the door in the morning.

Cons

You can kiss your personal life goodbye if you take a position with ViaQuest. Absolutely no work/life balance whatsoever, and while management will act like they care and understand if you speak to them face to face, they'll quit responding to calls and texts at 4:59pm even though you'll be putting out fires until midnight just to be back at the office by 8am. Get ready for stressful executive decisions as well because you will have no back up from your "team" or management. On the off chance you didn't have to cover a shift and did make it into the office, the environment is hostile and while everyone including HR is aware nothing is done when concerns among coworkers are brought up. Depending on how close you get with the HR ladies in the office is how long you can project to keep your position and if you'll ever be written up or not even when you're blantantly disrespectful to your peers or don't do your job. You better hope you're picked as one of the favorites or you can expect to be fired on any given Friday. I've watched it happen, especially recently, at least a dozen times to some of the hardest workers. The CEO and upper management will invest tens of thousands of dollars in the annual conference aka booze fest but have made cutbacks such as no more coffeemaker or water coolers in the offices unless, of course, it's their office. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at any cost unless you feel like sucking up to get a promotion you didn't earn and never get a raise in the years that you've been there. For as many times as I've heard about ViaQuest's "amazing" work culture in the years that I've been here I've never seen them practice what they preach.

This is a difficult post to respond to because there is absolutely no truth to the items presented. I'm wondering if things are really as bad as this individual is indicating then why are they still with the company. I appreciate all of our employees and I am extremely thankful for their continuous commitment, dedication, and passion to serve so many in need
