Immediately started easy interview process.

Cons

No training plan, random assignment and training. Slow IT project completion, management upheaval, haphazard staffing.

Flexible work with nice people.

Cons

Changed a lot of the flexibility. When I first started we had the option to work on the weekends which was really beneficial for me being a single mother at the time. I gave me time for appointments or other things during the week if I needed it. They were really good with allowing me to adjust my schedule if I needed to which was still great for me. The biggest benefit of you have kids is that they do work with you as long as you let them know in advance.
