The people above the house manager gossip about everything that goes out in house among each other and they hire anyone

Good pay and benefits. Nice facility.

Cons

Management is unorganized and does not follow through with complaints. Training needs to be much more intense regarding systems. Employees are unhappy and the morale is extremely low.
